By using Cubixx Home you agree to these terms.
Cubixx Home lets you control Cubixx smart-home devices installed in your home. Local control on your home Wi-Fi is included with the devices. Remote access (control, notifications and schedule editing from outside your home) requires an active subscription.
Keep your account credentials safe. You are responsible for anyone you give access to your home in the app. Do not use the app to interfere with devices you are not authorised to control.
An installer may pre-configure your home and hand it to you with a setup code. Once you claim it, the home is yours; the installer keeps access to device health for support unless you ask them to remove it.
We aim to keep the cloud service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Local control continues to work on your home Wi-Fi if the cloud is unavailable.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the app. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
We may update the app and these terms; material changes will be shown in the app. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service. You can stop using the app and delete your account at any time.
